Outside The Lens invites you to our 3rd Annual Virtual Cine Teen Film Festival in San Diego, a film festival for youth filmmakers to showcase their work and encourage and inspire other youth to create films. 


This year through our virtual film festival you will be able to join on and watch 3 screenings, with themes around Social Justice, Mental Health, The Pandemic, School Unity and More! All produced and directed by YOUTH!
